We use two forms for registration.

Form 1: This form is used to hold your child’s spot in our camp. You will be invoiced via Venmo using the information you indicate to pay your child’s retainer within 48 hours. This is non-refundable should you choose to go elsewhere, and is applied toward the first session’s fees.

Form 2: The second form will be the Information and Contact Card. You’ll receive this within 7 days after the initial Registration form is completed and a retainer is paid. This will ask much more information about your child, including emergency contacts, and how we can best tailor camp to your child.
